Chick-fil-A strives to win hearts every day by providing authentic, genuine service to their guests. They also have incredible chicken! In addition to my role as Team Leader, I was tasked with providing unique marketing solutions to improve communication for guests and new team members during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.

SIGNAGE

When the pandemic began, there were no corporate assets to indicate that dining rooms were closed. My job was to create the design within CFA standards, and work with outside print shop to complete signage.

WEBSITE

I created a template and kickstarted a restaurant-specific website for potential team members to learn more about the leadership team and apply for positions at the location.
